Once upon a time, in the kingdom of Narnia, there lived a small boy named Jon. He loved exploring the woods and playing with his friends. But one day, after an adventurous day of playing, Jon was unable to eat or drink anything as he felt severe stomach cramps.
He was taken to the royal physician who diagnosed him with an ailment known as Urogastric. This disease causes an abnormal build-up of gas in the stomach and intestine, causing pain, vomiting, bloating and belching.
The physician prescribed Jon a special diet – low in fat, high in fiber and easily digestible food. He was also instructed to drink plenty of fluids to help reduce the symptoms. Jon followed the directions of the physician and began to feel better with each passing day.
However, one night Jon had a dream in which he was visited by a giant of a man. He told Jon that Urogastric was caused by a lack of self-control. The giant man said that if Jon wanted to cure his illness, he needed to practice self-discipline.
Jon tried to put the giant man’s advice into practice by avoiding overeating and controlling his eating habits. He also began to pay attention to his body and how it responded to certain foods.
When Jon was finally free from the pains of urogastric, he was delighted. He had learnt a very important lesson – that discipline and self-control was the key to overcoming any problem.
The moral of the story is that anything is possible if we have the discipline and self-control to face it. Even the toughest of illnesses can be overcome with willpower and determination.
