Once upon a time, there was a little boy called Tom. Tom loved to explore the world around him and he had a lot of energy to do it. One day, Tom was playing in the park when he saw an old man kneeling down on one knee and praying. Tom had never seen that before, so he asked the man what he was doing. The old man explained that he was praying to God and asked Tom if he wanted to join him.

Tom was surprised, but he decided to try it. He kneeled down and followed the old man’s prayer. After a few minutes, the old man asked Tom if he was done praying. Tom said he was, but then realized he forgot something – he hadn’t prostrated. He didn’t know how to, so he asked the old man for help.

The old man showed Tom how to properly prostrate, step by step. He went through the motions slowly so Tom could follow along. After Tom had finished prostrating, the old man smiled and told him that it was important to prostrate when praying to God, as a sign of respect. Tom thanked him and the old man said goodbye.

Tom smiled as he walked away. He had learned something new and had shown respect to God. He was proud of himself and felt happy. He had experienced something new and he was eager to do it again.

Moral of the story: It is important to show respect to God and we can do so by prostrating when we pray. Everyone should try to learn the proper way to prostrate, so that their prayers can be more meaningful.
