Once upon a time there lived a young boy called Tom. Tom was extremely energetic and full of life. He was always looking for ways to challenge himself and had a never say die attitude.
Tom was a popular kid at school and had a lot of friends. He was excellent at sports and would often come first in all the races. He was often the star of the show and everyone wanted to be like him.
One day, Tom was made the captain of his school’s football team and he was ecstatic. He was determined to make the most of this opportunity and lead his team to victory.
However, despite all his hard work and effort, his team did not do well and was eventually knocked out of the championship. Tom was so disappointed that he no longer felt like himself. He stopped participating in other activities and started avoiding his friends.
He was consumed by disappointment and sadness. He began to feel like a failure and was overcome by a sense of superdejection.
Tom was in this state of superdejection for weeks. He stopped attending school and just stayed in his room all day. He would often wake up in the middle of the night, drenched in sweat, and his heart pounding. He felt like he had lost all the enthusiasm he once had.
One day, Tom’s best friend came to visit him. He told Tom that they had all been worried about him and wanted him to come back. He said that his team had not performed well because of a lack of practice and poor technique and not because of him.
Tom was so relieved to hear these words. He realized that failure was a part of life, and he shouldn’t have been so hard on himself. He decided to pick himself up and start over.
Tom got back on his feet and eventually regained his enthusiasm. He started playing sports again and was soon back in the thick of things.
The moral of the story is that you should never give up, no matter how hard the situation may seem. After all, failure is only a part of life and it should not bring you down.
