Once upon a time there was a little boy called Shelfful, who lived in a small cottage with his parents and two brothers, Sam and Max. Shelfful was a very curious and adventurous child and loved to explore different places. One day, Shelfful asked his parents to take him to the woods near their house.

When they arrived at the woods, Shelfful noticed a huge tree in the middle of the forest. The tree was quite old and its trunk was so wide that it seemed to reach the sky. Shelfful was mesmerized by the beauty of the tree and wanted to climb it. His parents warned him that it was too dangerous but Shelfful insisted.

With the help of his brothers, Shelfful finally managed to make his way to the top of the tree. While he was up there, he noticed a beautiful flower garden full of colorful and fragrant flowers. Shelfful felt as if he was in a magical land and he enjoyed the view from the top of the tree.

Suddenly, Shelfful heard a voice calling him from below. He saw a small elf, who asked him if he was the one who had been climbing the tree. Shelfful told him that he was and the elf said that he had been given an important task from the king of the elves. He said that the king had tasked him to guard the golden flowers in the garden and if anyone tried to take them, he was to stop them.

The elf asked Shelfful to promise not to take any of the golden flowers with him. Shelfful, who had been mesmerized by the beauty of the flowers, thought for a moment and then promised the elf that he would not take any with him. The elf was pleased and thanked him for keeping his word.

Shelfful eventually made his way down the tree, feeling pleased with himself for having kept his word. On his way home, he thought about the importance of keeping one’s word and then realized that he had just been given a lesson on integrity.

When his parents asked him why he looked so happy, Shelfful told them about his adventure and the importance of keeping one’s word. From that day onwards, Shelfful always kept his word, no matter what.

The moral of the story is to always keep your word and be honest. No matter how tempting it can be to break a promise, it is important to stay true to your words and maintain your integrity.
