Once upon a time, there was a young boy named Prolusion. He was kind, honest and had a heart filled with love. He was the only child of his parents and so was the light of their lives. Prolusion found joy and peace in helping others, often going out of his way to make someone’s day.
One day, Prolusion spotted a homeless man on the side of the road, desperately trying to get by. He was In a really bad state, but no one seemed to even regard him. Everyone was too busy with their own lives to stop and show some compassion.
Prolusion could not bare to look away and quickly ran to the man’s rescue. He brought the man some water and food, and cloths to keep him warm. He also brought him a blanket to sleep on and money to survive on. The man was overwhelmed with gratitude and told Prolusion that he would never forget what he did for him.
Prolusion was so touched by the man’s appreciation that he gave him one thing more. He shared with him the secret to being happy. He told him that the key to contentment lay in being kind and generous to others.
The man thanked Prolusion and said that he would take this piece of advice to heart. He added that he was sure it would help him make a better life for himself and others.
Prolusion smiled and said, “It’s not just about helping others, but also about helping yourself by being true to yourself.”
The next morning, the homeless man had disappeared. But the kindness that Prolusion showed him survived. People heard the story and decided to follow in his footsteps, helping those less fortunate around them.
In a small way, Prolusion had lightened many hearts. He had taught a great lesson about being kind and giving to those in need.
Moral of the story: We all have the power to make a difference in people’s lives, simply by being kind to those around us.
