Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Lily. She was four years old and loved playing outside with her friends. Every day, she would come home from school and play in the park, ride her bike, or go to the beach with her friends.

One day, Lily noticed that some of her friends were doing something different. They were biking faster, climbing higher, and going farther than she ever had. She wanted to join in the fun, but she was unsure if she could keep up with them.

Lily was in precontemplation. She didn’t know if she should try to do what her friends were doing, or just stay where she was. She was scared of failure, but she also wanted to do something new.

Finally, Lily decided to try. She practiced every day, and soon she was able to bike, climb, and swim just like her friends. She was so proud of herself and felt like she could do anything.

The moral of the story is that it is important to try new things, even if you are scared. Whenever you are in precontemplation, it is important to push yourself to try and learn something new. You might surprise yourself with how much you can accomplish!
