Once upon a time there lived a little girl named Nandu. She was a very curious girl who was always on the lookout for something new and exciting to do.

One day, Nandu and her family decided to go to the park. While strolling around, Nandu noticed a beautiful peacock. She was mesmerized by its colorful feathers and wanted to get a closer look.

Nandu started running towards the peacock, but it was too fast for her. She couldn’t catch up, so she decided to take a different approach. Nandu climbed a nearby tree and extended her arm out and started to whistle. She made a few attempts before the peacock finally came to her. Nandu was delighted to get that close to the amazing creature.

That day in the park, Nandu learnt an important lesson – that you can achieve things if you have patience and determination.

After that day, Nandu’s parents started sharing stories about various animals and birds with her. Nandu would eagerly listen to them and take in all the new knowledge. Over time, with each story, Nandu learnt more and more about nature around her.

Nandu loved exploring nature and soon she was quite knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. She also started to appreciate the beauty of nature.

One day, Nandu and her parents decided to go on a picnic to a nearby forest. Nandu was overjoyed and started looking forward to the trip ever since. On the day of the trip, Nandu woke up early and got ready quickly. She was so excited to explore the forest.

At the forest, Nandu was amazed by the tall trees, the chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves. She felt like she was in a magical world. Her parents asked her to stay close, but she was too curious to stay put in one place. She started running around and exploring the place.

Nandu soon got tired and decided to take a rest under a tree. As she was resting, she noticed some smoke in the distance. She quickly got up and started running towards the smoke. To her surprise, she found that a nearby forest was on fire!

Nandu immediately called for her parents and informed them about the incident. Her parents along with some of the nearby locals quickly put out the fire and saved the forest.

On their way back home, Nandu’s parents praised her for her alertness and bravery. Nandu felt so proud of herself for being able to save the forest.

Moral of the story – Staying alert and brave can help you do wonders.
