Once upon a time there lived a boy named Jutic. He lived in a small village with his parents. Though he was young, he was kind and gentle by nature.

One day, Jutic was playing outside his house when a strange woman approached him. She was old and wore torn and dirty clothes. She asked if he could give her something to eat as she was very hungry and had nothing to eat. Jutic was moved by her plight. Even though he himself had no food to give her, he offered her whatever he had. He offered her a glass of water and a piece of fruit from his father’s tree.

The old woman was delighted by his kindness and thanked him with a blessing. She told him that he will always be surrounded by abundance and prosperity for the rest of his life.

The next morning, Jutic’s father was surprised to see that the tree in their yard bore fruits of different colors and sizes. He harvested them and soon the villagers gathered to buy and sell the exotic new produce. Jutic’s family was soon rich beyond their wildest dreams.

As time passed, Jutic realized the old woman’s blessing had indeed come true and he was surrounded by abundance and prosperity. He was also filled with joy when he heard that the old woman had been provided with food and clothes from the villagers who had prospered because of the new crop.

The moral of the story is that acts of kindness and compassion towards those in need will always be rewarded. No good deed goes unnoticed, and it often results in bigger blessings for everybody. Jutic’s simple act of kindness was repaid tenfold and brought joy and prosperity to all.
