Once upon a time there lived a small village in the remote hills of the countryside. In the village, there was an old man called Feu who was much respected by everyone in the village. Feu had a peculiar ability. He could control fire. He would often use his power of controlling fire to do good things for the villagers.
One day, the village was hit by a devastating drought. All the crops were dying and the people were in desperation. The people of the village came up to Feu and begged him to help them. Feu was moved by the people’s plight and did something no one expected. He unleashed his power of controlling fire and lit up the skies with a blazing fire.
The blazing fire filled the atmosphere with warmth and moisture. The clouds gathered together and it rained heavily throughout the night. The next morning, the villagers were delighted to see their fields flourishing with life once again.
The villagers were immensely grateful to Feu for his kind and selfless act. They realized that they could always count on him whenever they needed him and from then on, gave Feu the utmost respect.
The moral of the story is that one should always be willing to help others in times of need without expecting anything in return. Selfless love is the greatest form of love that one can give. When we help others, we help ourselves too.
